Server down?

I believe the server is down. The server restart just happened and I am now no longer able to join. My DayZ Commander is telling me that I have a 10000 ping where as I normally have a 20 ping. Please help. My name on the server is currently Hannibal Lecter. Thank you.

All servers are currently on and functioning correctly.
