Battlefield 1942 Now FREE on Origin!!

Hey Guys,

Just an announcement that Battlefield 1942 is free on every Origin account, get it while it lasts. This is where Battlefield started and it is truly the original! Once you have downloaded the game I recommend downloading Desert Combat, this is a 21st Century Modern Warefare Modification based on Desert Storm. The makers who developed Desert Combat were later recruited by EA and then went on to develop Battlefield 2. I hope everyone has a chance to enjoy this nostalgic game. Fyi at the moment we currently host 2 Battlefield 1942 servers, depending on the popularity if we can get enough people playing we will also host Desert Combat server too, so stay tuned! Enjoy
