This is the info our provider (hypernia) is saying:
Hi,
We are working to fix it as fast as we can. At this time we are waiting for Ventrilo to get back our voicemails and emails in regards to why our license was suspended.
We have confirmed we are all paid up and are always on time, so the error message is not the correct reason.
The best we have gathered so far is our license was suspended by accident instead of another Ventrilo provider.
We have posted a new announcement in the web control panels and will be posting further announcements as soon as we have updates from Ventrilo.
