Monkey jump

can somebody teach me how to do that monkey jump going in 100mph ?? i have tried so hard but cant figure it out how to do that jump and same time going so fast like monkey lol

Its called bunny hop and to do it you:

Hold down jump (do not hold down w)
next you move left and right
when you move left you look left, when you move right you look right.
Make sure you do not have you forward key pressed other wise it wont work.
Ducking helps you go faster
