Quality Control

Its pretty apparent we need some QC on the maps. Some have wads, other files that aren't dl'd to players, others don't have enough spawns (lt can fix this I think), while some just plain suck (gamecuber, trench hall).

When we get the server back up I would like to pw the server for one day while we go through EACH map to make sure its good. I will strip all the wads, models, sounds, etc etc out of my folders so we know which ones need to be set up with a .res file.
